We’re a small, energetic law firm providing efficient and effective courtroom representation to resolve complex construction disputes, real estate and development disputes, and business disputes. We take cases in any California civil court and the Court of Appeals.

Our Legal Team

With three lawyers and three support staff, O’Rourke, Fong & Manoukian, LLP ensures that every client’s case receives the attention it deserves.

Founding attorney Denis O’Rourke, now of counsel with the firm, has been practicing law since 1967. In addition to his extensive understanding of construction and business law, he is a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court Panel of Arbitrators and the American Arbitration Association.

Partner and Los Angeles construction law attorney, Roderick D. Fong, is a former certified public accounting with a Masters in Business Administration as well as a law degree, and has been practicing business and construction law since 1988.

Partner Marina Manoukian has been practicing law since 1995. In addition to business and construction law, Marina has a family law practice that she built before her partnership at O’Rourke & Fong. Fluent in Armenian and English, Marina assists individuals seeking a divorce. “Divorce is never easy, but I try to make this difficult time more manageable for my clients.” She assists clients in reaching agreement or going to court for marriage dissolution, division of marital assets, child custody, and child and spousal support.
